Innovation Policy, Open Innovation and Business Model in the University

The aim of this paper is to examine how innovation policy (IP) can foster open (OI) and trigger change in the business model (BM) organization. Then, through a case study, it intended illustrate close relationship among IP, OI BM at Brazilian university. research an exploratory qualitative that adopts reflective methodology study. main findings are: (a) based on literature review, source resource, collaboration, intellectual property, technology transfer new organizational forms are five kinds relationships BM; (b) study have their origins changes innovative practical implication for scholars practitioners.
